High Court hands down judgment in favour of Thomas Flohr

On 31 March 2025, the High Court handed down judgment in favour of Swiss businessman and owner of VistaJet, Thomas Flohr, striking out a claim brought against him by Frontiers Capital, a Guernsey Limited partnership.

Mr Flohr was represented by Managing Partner Daniel Astaire and Managing Associate John-Joseph Tyldesley, who instructed Jonathan Cohen KC, Nicholas Goodfellow and Blathnaid Breslin of Littleton Chambers.

The team was successful not only in striking-out all claims on limitation grounds, but further in persuading the Court to make wide ranging confidentiality orders to ensure the litigation was not misused as a vehicle to attempt an impermissible effort to harm his reputation.
