Partner Chris Roberts last week attended the IBA’s 28th Transnational Crime Conference in Athens, an annual conference presented by the IBA Business Crime Committee and the IBA Criminal Law Committee.

Across the two-day event, a breadth of topics was discussed, including using AI in criminal investigations, preparing for trial, an overburdened justice system, and curtailment of defendants’ rights.
