Grosvenor Law successfully represents Thomas Flohr in securing non-party costs order

Managing Partner Daniel Astaire and Managing Associate John-Joseph Tyldesley have successfully represented Swiss businessman and owner of VistaJet, Thomas Flohr, in obtaining a rare non-party costs order against financier Tim Horlick.

In a judgment handed down on 6 July 2026, Mr Horlick was found to be the controller and real beneficiary of longstanding litigation brought by a Guernsey Limited Partnership in respect of the collapse of a technology business against Mr Flohr.

Jonathan Cohen KC and Bláthnaid Breslin of Littleton Chambers were instructed by Grosvenor Law in the case – the full judgment can be found here.
