Managing Partner Daniel Astaire has provided comment in City AM on the ways in which UK businesses can mitigate the risks of fraud, following the news that it is at an all-time high as criminals exploit outdated systems and AI.

Daniel noted that fraud can occur “from simple over-claiming of expenses by employees to more complex investment frauds and false opportunities created by seemingly honest business partners.”

Providing his advice for businesses navigating growing threats, Daniel commented that leaders need to “have strong systems and policies in place” and that they must be “vigilant”.
