Peter joined Grosvenor Law in June 2026, having trained and qualified at a top national firm. He is a commercial litigator with experience acting in complex contractual, shareholder, insolvency and fraud-related disputes. He advises businesses, directors and individuals on matters ranging from strategic pre-action risk assessments to High Court proceedings.
Peter’s recent cases include:
- Assisting with the enforcement of a Commercial Court judgment worth £18 million, including asset tracing and obtaining information through CPR Part 71.
- Acting for former senior executives in a US$21 million High Court dispute concerning alleged breaches of contractual and fiduciary obligations.
- Acting for a claimant in a £5 million breach of contract claim in the energy sector.
- Advising on the enforcement of a share buyback agreement following the death of a shareholder.
- Acting in claims exceeding £5 million arising from insolvency-related director misconduct, including allegations of fraudulent trading, transactions defrauding creditors and breaches of statutory duties.
- Working on the landmark Crypto Open Patent Alliance v Dr Craig Wright litigation, which was named one of The Lawyer’s Top 20 Cases of 2024.
Peter graduated from the University of Manchester with a first-class honours degree in History and Italian. His dissertation was shortlisted for a national academic prize. He subsequently completed both the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course with distinction.
