Sam joined Grosvenor Law in 2021 as an Associate within the family team. Before joining Grosvenor, Sam trained with some of the industry’s leaders at a large family law practice based in Central London.
Sam advises across a wide range of private family law cases, particularly in relation to private children matters, divorce proceedings, and nuptial agreements. Sam has a great deal of experience working on high net worth cases, often involving jurisdictional issues and complex financial matters.
Sam also has particular experience of cases involving:
- Financial disputes between unmarried couples and financial provision for children of unmarried couples
- Parental alienation
- International relocation cases and cross-border disputes concerning children
- Injunctive proceedings (such as obtaining/defending non-molestation and occupation orders)
- Wrongful retention and intra-UK abduction
Sam has a first-class honours degree in Law from the University of Cambridge and passed his Legal Practice Course with distinction.
